Univar Expands Dow Corning Partnership

Univar has expanded its European partnership with Dow Corning Europe to include distribution of its coatings product range in Switzerland. Univar has been distributing Dow Corning's full range in most Western European countries for more than 20 years.

 The coatings product range is based primarily around silicone additives and binders which have a variety of applications including industrial paints, inks, varnishes and decorative paints. Univar said it already has a significant coatings business in Switzerland and will be able to introduce Dow Corning's products to an existing client base immediately.
