Styrolution Consolidates Indian Holdings

Germany-based styrenics producer Styrolution, the joint venture of Ineos and BASF, is merging its two Indian subsidiaries, Styrolution ABS (India) Ltd and Styrolution India PVT Ltd to realize operational synergies, in particular in administration, raw materials sourcing and supply chain management.

The company said the asset merger will allow it to evaluate options for future capacity expansion at the Dahej site to meet growing demand from the white goods and E&E markets.
