Financial terms of the deal, which was originally revealed last September, were not disclosed.

“The acquisition of ADOB reflects Nouryon’s continued commitment to the agriculture & food end-market and allows Nouryon to expand its services and product offerings for customers in the industry,” said Ignacio Garin, Nouryon’s vice president of agriculture and food.

ADOB’s operations, which include two manufacturing sites in Poznań and Wrocław and more than 400 employees, will now transfer to the Dutch group.
