Ditribution agreement between Flow Polymers and Ter Group

Flow Polymers announced that they have signed a distribution agreement with European distributor Ter Group. Flow Polymers has been working with the group for almost a year now, developing a strategy to market their line of thermoplastic process aids, known as SureFlo in the European market. Flow Polymers, has established a firm base of plastic additive business in the United States, and is looking to grow their global business similar to what they do with Promix in the tire industry.

Mike Ivany, President and CEO stated, "I'm excited to have a formal agreement with such a strong partner in Europe, who is technically astute and who can help guide customers to more cost savings by using SureFlo." "We looked at where the best market would be to develop the SureFlo business outside the United Sates, and Europe was a natural geography. We also had to find the right distributor who would be able to handle the technical aspects of the sales process. It all fell into place quite nicely," said Ivany.

Christian Westphal, CEO of the Ter Group mentioned, "Flow Polymers has a successful range of products competitive in the European market. This partnership will further enhance our offering to European customers in key applications enabling them to improve their products and gain competitive advantage."
