Distribution Partnership between Biesterfeld Spezialchemie und Yung Zip Chemical

Biesterfeld Spezialchemie has now included sodium carboxymethyl starch of Yung Zip Chemical, a Taiwanese manufacturer of pharmaceutical ingredients, into the product portfolio. Since May 2014 the German chemical distributor is selling superdisintegrants for pharmaceutical tablets in Germany, France, Benelux countries, Switzerland, Italy, Scandinavia and Poland.
Yung Zip Chemical, established in 1978 in Taiwan, has several years of experience in production and sales of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). The production and manufacturing processes are audited by the Taiwanese R.O.C. Ministry of Health and Welfare and the American FDA in accordance with the current pharmaceutical cGMP guidelines. Since its foundation, Yung Zip Chemical has grown into becoming a leading company in Taiwan and offers its products successfully on the international market.
"Through the collaboration with Yung Zip Chemical, we will complete our product portfolio for solid dosage forms in the field of LifeScience Pharma", explains Dr. Andreas Lekebusch, Marketing Manager Pharma, Biesterfeld Spezialchemie, "and we can thus offer raw materials with various functionalities such as fillers, binders, retardants and superdisintegrants to our customers."
