Oil-free compression solutions and ATEX-compliant designs are available for sensitive or potentially explosive process conditions.
A wide range of technologies from a single source:
- Positive displacement blower: differential pressures of up to 2 bar, volume flows of up to 104,000 m³/h
- Screw compressors: differential pressures of up to 25 bar, volume flows of up to 75,000 m³/h
- Turbo compressors: differential pressures of up to 300 bar, volume flows of up to 350,000 m³/h
Reliable in Continuous Operation
Aerzen process gas compressors are designed for continuous operation and offer high availability, a long service life and low maintenance costs. Our machines are available in a wide variety of types of construction, sizes and special designs. They are configured to comply with all relevant international regulations, building codes and specifications of various industries and inspection companies.
Gearbox-driven Turbo Machine for High Pressures and High-volume Flows

For process gas applications involving high-volume flows and high pressures, Aerzen offers turbo compressors with integrated gearboxes. The integrated gearbox technology, featuring a central main gear and separate pinion shafts, enables the speed of the individual compressor stages to be adjusted to suit specific applications. This allows the stages to be specifically tuned with their respective operating and compression ratios. The result is high efficiency, a compact design and energy-efficient operation, even under demanding process conditions. Our own R&D centre and in-house manufacturing enable application-specific adaptations with a short time-to-market. The design and rating of the turbo compressors, including all auxiliary packages, are carried out by GPE Turbo, a member of the Aerzen Group.
