For process gas applications involving high flow rates and high pressures, Aerzen offers turbo compressors with integrated gearboxes. The integrated gearbox technology, featuring a central main gear and separate pinion shafts, allows the speed of the individual compressor stages to be adjusted to suit the specific application. This allows the stages to be specifically tailored to their respective operating and pressure conditions. The result is high efficiency, a compact design, and energy-efficient operation even under demanding process conditions. An in-house R&D center and manufacturing facilities enable application-specific customizations with a short time-to-market. The design and engineering of the turbo compressors, including all auxiliary components, are carried out by GPE Turbo, a member of the Aerzen Group.

Expertise Across Many Markets

AERZEN blowers, compressors, and turbochargers are used in numerous key industrial applications and support safe and cost-effective production processes.
