The next phase of expansion for the Greenfield project in Sisslerfeld (Eiken, Switzerland) will be carried out as part of a strategic partnership. The total investment amounts to more than 500 million CHF.
Dow CEO Jim Fitterling will step down to become Executive Chair, while current COO Karen S. Carter has been appointed CEO effective July 1, 2026. The move follows a multi-year succession process.
