New Auto-Reactor Design Concept

Photo

Ace Glass introduces a new automated 20 Liter pilot plant design that incorporates a touch screen computer system that fully controls three parameters: motor speed, vacuum/pressure and reaction temperature. The temperature is controlled through a Julabo recirculating chiller and the vacuum/pressure is controlled through a J-Kem vacuum controller. The motor speed controls a Heidolph RZR motor. The color touch screen control unit monitors, graphs and data logs the three parameters. A full reaction can be programmed into the system and run automatically. Other parameters are available.

ACE will formally introduce the new 20 Liter system at InformEx USA - February 16-19, 2010 in San Francisco, Booth #1742.
