Weylchem Group, a global leader in fine chemical products and solutions, announced a transformation in its go-to-market sales strategy with a new geographically-focused business development structure and team of Sales & Marketing managers. This realignment is consistent with the Group's strategy to build upon its expanded customer base worldwide.

"As a result of our rapid growth, this is an optimal time to realign our sales strategy and organizational structure to build scale and new opportunities," said Dr. Tomas Hainich, President of the WeylChem Group. "We now have a well-organized International sales team enabling us to better leverage our strong pipeline of new business opportunities."

The new structure includes the appointment of the following Sales & Marketing Managers with global responsibility of product management:
• Karl Reinhard, - Oxidation Products.
• Dr. Ralf Oeschey, - Side Chain Chlorination.
• Jacques Sturm, - Potassium and Chlorine Derivatives.
• Lionel Wassner, - Brominated Derivatives
• Doug Welter, Sales & Marketing Director for Grignards Reagents
• Dario Monti, - Fluorinated Derivatives.

The AIR Sales & Marketing team will report to Marie-Laure Vallée, Global Business Director of Weylchem Advanced Intermediates & Reagents. Mrs. Vallée will join the WCI team of AIR&PP, led by Brian McGlynn, who was also recently nominated as Managing Director of Weylchem International.
