Wacker Appoints New Eastern Europe Distributors

Germany's Wacker Chemie has reorganized its silicones and polymers distribution network for central and eastern Europe.

Effective July 1, 2014, the company's products will be distributed in the region by IMCD, Euro-Him-1, Hellermann, Radka, Revada and Variachem and no longer by Brenntag CEE.

These distributors already handle Wacker products in other regions, so it is simply extending the partnerships, the Munich-based company explained.

Wacker's silicone portfolio, one of the world's largest ranges from silicone fluids, emulsions, resins, elastomers and sealants to silanes and pyrogenic silica.
