Van Hees Becomes a Member of the Bachem Management Board

Van Hees was initially responsible for Europe as COO and is now in charge of the Swiss peptide and oligonucleotide specialist's global production network. Bachem CEO Thomas Meier, who had also assumed the role of COO on the Executive Board since 2023, will now relinquish this position. Van Hees joined Bachem in 2024 from the Pharma Resource Group. Prior to that, he held various management positions in production at Johnson & Johnson and Janssen for more than 25 years. He holds a master's degree and a doctorate in chemistry as well as an MBA from KU Leuven.
