A suspected leak of toxic material at Israel's Oil Refineries reportedly killed three workers and seriously injured at least seven at the Haifa, Israel plant of Oil Refineries Ltd. on Tuesday, Israel Radio has reported.

"The incident is under control, and we have attended to all of the casualties," paramedic Erez Geller told Channel One television from the affected plant.

Oil Refineries is Israel's largest refining and petrochemical group. It is in the process of linking up to a natural gas pipeline that will help power operations.
