Simone Menne Named CFO of Boehringer Ingelheim


Simone Menne has been appointed chief financial officer (CFO) of German drugmaker Boehringer Ingelheim with effect from Sept. 1, 2016. She will succeed Hubertus von Baumbach, who will become the company’s new CEO on Jul.1.
Until Menne – whose last employer was the German airline Lufthansa – takes up her new duties, Von Baumbach will serve as acting CFO.
