Roquette Acquires IFF Pharma, Reorganizes into Two Business Groups

Roquette, a global manufacturer of plant-based ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients, has completed its acquisition of IFF Pharma Solutions, further strengthening its position in the global pharmaceutical market. This move, following Qualicaps' acquisition in 2023, expands Roquette’s expertise and product portfolio, enhancing its ability to deliver innovative drug delivery solutions worldwide.

Alongside this acquisition, Roquette has announced a new organizational structure to boost agility and customer responsiveness. The company now has over 11,000 employees, 40 manufacturing sites, and a broader global footprint. The new structure features two dedicated business groups: Health & Pharma Solutions, led by Isabelle Bouvier, and Nutrition & Bioindustry, led by Pascal Leroy. Béatrice Totel has been appointed as the new CFO. These changes position Roquette for sustainable growth and reinforce its commitment to innovation in health and nutrition.
