Mosaic Ordered to Supply to Potash Corp Until Trial

Mosaic said a Saskatchewan Court ordered it to continue to supply potash to Potash Corp  until the companies' trial, scheduled for January 2012, begins.
Minnesota-based Mosaic and Potash - the world's largest producer of its namesake crop nutrient - are fighting a legal battle over their respective rights and obligations at Mosaic's Esterhazy mine.

The ruling by the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench did not address the merits of any claims in the pending lawsuit between it and Potash, Mosaic said in a statement.
