Martin Fischer to Become Chief Financial Officer of Fresenius Medical Care

Germany-headquartered healthcare company Fresenius Medical Care has appointed Martin Fischer as its new chief financial officer, effective Oct. 1, 2023.

He will succeed Helen Giza, who became CEO and chair of the management board in December 2022 and continues to serve as acting chief financial officer, until Fischer takes over. Fischer will be based in Bad Homburg, Germany, near Frankfurt, and will assume responsibility for the Global Finance Organization of Fresenius Medical Care.
