Management Change at Biesterfeld Spezialchemie

With effect from May 21th, 2012, Dr. Nicole Hamelau has been appointed as Managing Director for Biesterfeld Spezialchemie beside Dr. Onno Graalmann.

Dr. Nicole Hamelau takes over the administrative management of Biesterfeld Spezialchemie and its subsidiaries and affiliates. She will be in charge of accounting, finance and controlling, responsibilities previously held by Wilfried Dannheiser.

Wilfried Dannheiser, longstanding managing director of Biesterfeld Spezialchemie, retired after more than 42 years' service with the Biesterfeld Group. He was significantly involved in rolling out the successful pan-European expansion of the activities of Biesterfeld Spezialchemie.

Dr. Nicole Hamelau joined Biesterfeld in 2003. Her previous focus at Biesterfeld included the

development of the group in various financing and acquisition projects.
