Linde Investigated By Munich State Prosecutors

Linde, the world's second-largest maker of industrial gases, is being investigated by Munich state prosecutors after cooperating with companies suspected of corruption.

Linde had conducted an internal investigation into the matter and state prosecutors are now examining the documents the gas maker provided, a spokesman for Linde said on Friday.

So far state prosecutors had not found any wrongdoing, he said.
