Kreimeyer to Lead K+S Supervisory Board

Andreas Kreimeyer has been proposed to succeed Ralf Bethke as chairman of the supervisory board of  German minerals specialist K+S following the company’s annual general meeting (agm) in May. Bethke has served as chairman of the supervisory board since 2007, and prior to that was chairman of the managing board and CEO from 1991.

Kreimeyer, until 2015 a member of the BASF managing board with responsibility for R&D, took a seat on the K+S board the same year.

Thomas Kölbl, chief financial officer of German sugar producer Südzucker has been proposed for a seat on the K+S supervisory board following the agm. The other seats will remain unchanged
