Infrareal and Pharmaserv Become Innexis
The Infrareal Group is now operating under the new umbrella brand Innexis. The group of companies includes Pharmaserv, which operates the Pharma & Life Science Park Behringwerke in Marburg, Hesse, Germany, and offers specialized services in the fields of logistics and engineering. The group also includes the Pharma & Life Science Park in Jena, Thuringia, Germany, and the Pharma & Life Science Park in Orth, Lower Austria.

With its clear positioning, the company aims to further expand its role as a leading infrastructure provider for the pharmaceutical and life science industry. Specialization in the specific requirements of pharmaceutical and biotech companies, combined with in-depth regulatory know-how, GxP expertise and proximity to the key process interfaces, ensure security and efficiency for customers.
Until now, the various divisions have operated with their own profiles. With the new umbrella brand, these activities will be brought together to simplify communication and market presence. For customers, partners and investors, this means greater clarity, clearly identifiable responsibilities and a consistent approach. In future, they will receive all information on the services from a single source with simplified access to the specialized solutions in engineering and logistics. At the same time, the uniform appearance should ensure greater international visibility and support the company's expansion efforts.
"A new name alone doesn't change anything. But with the new umbrella brand Innexis, we speak with a clear voice, bundle our expertise and provide orientation. This gives our customers - from start-ups to global pharmaceutical and biotech companies - exactly what they need: Clarity and trust. Under Innexis, we are creating an image that makes the strengths of our pharma & life science parks and specialized engineering and logistics solutions visible. For our customers, partners and investors, this means fewer detours, more orientation and simplified access to our services," said Martin Egger, CEO of the Innexis Group.

All communication channels and brand presences will be converted to the new umbrella brand from December 9, 2025. In addition to the website, this also includes the Group's existing social media channels and direct customer contact. In a further step, the change of name and corresponding changes in the commercial register and company register in Austria will be carried out at the beginning of next year. With the launch, Innexis will not only present a consistent image, but also set the course for aligning future communication and growth strategies even more closely with the needs of the target groups.
"Especially in an industry where trust, transparency and security are crucial, the uniform appearance ensures reliability and continuity. Our customers and partners can rest assured that they will find all relevant information in one place in future," adds Kerstin von Heemskerck, Director Corporate Communications & Marketing.
