Dortmund, 04 December 2025. For the maintenance community, the leading trade show traditionally marks the start of the business year – and the upcoming maintenance Dort-mund and the parallel PUMPS & VALVES (25–26 February 2026) are set to reach a record participation with more than 310 exhibitors, a new all-time high. They will showcase the full spectrum of industrial maintenance: from market leaders to niche specialists and startups, accompanied by a compelling supporting programme. Visitor registration is al-ready open.

As the largest and most important meeting point for the maintenance industry, maintenance Dortmund offers the ideal setting for innovation, strategic investments, and forward-looking business contacts right at the beginning of the year. The combination with PUMPS & VALVES – the trade show for industrial pumps, valves, and process technology – creates additional syner-gies and attracts an expanded expert audience. In 2026, the format will once again be comple-mented by LOGISTICS & AUTOMATION plus the EMPACK Special. This new trade show cluster promises a high-calibre environment with four focused platforms across three halls under one roof.

Among the exhibitors at maintenance are renowned names such as Atos, Boston Dynamics, ifm, Liqui Moly, Schaeffler Technologies, tesa and WIKA. In addition, many of the largest indus-trial service providers will be represented, including Bilfinger, Ebert Hera, Piepenbrock, S.I.S. Gruppe, SPIE Rodias, Weber Unternehmensgruppe, WISAG, Xervon and YNCORIS.

Visitors interested in cloud-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) should plan a visit to the booth of IFS Ultimo. As a long-standing premium partner of maintenance, the company will present a SaaS EAM solution from IFS focused on maintenance and safety, characterized by fast implementation and high practical value. Visitors will gain a solid overview of maintenance services and management, smart maintenance, occupational safety, and digitalisation in maintenance—perfectly aligned with this year’s leading trade show theme: “Securing the Fu-ture – Preventing Downtime.” The motto captures the core purpose of the event: presenting solutions that make industrial processes reliable and efficient.

The Maintenance Award will also return in 2026. The jury and organisers are already preparing the next edition, with further details to be announced during the trade show. Those who would like to learn more about past participants, nominees and the most recent award winner can do so at the newly established “Pioneer Stage” in Hall 7. Highlights include WISAG and Bilfinger as nominated companies, as well as Bayer as the current award winner. Participating startups will also present their innovative digital and technical solutions. The Pioneer Stage will thus become the central hotspot for forward-thinking concepts and innovations.

Across the two stages of the SolutionCenter in Halls 4 and 7, numerous exhibitors will present new products, systems, and developments focused on technological trends and practical appli-cations in everyday maintenance.

The popular Guided Tours – organised in cooperation with the Fraunhofer IML – will again of-fer two thematically focused routes through the trade show halls: hands-on solutions, tools and technologies for efficient maintenance, as well as smart tools, data-driven maintenance and digital assistance systems.

At the ScienceCenter – also realised in cooperation with Fraunhofer IML – the 2026 focus topic is: “AI, Robotics & More – Real Added Value and Practical Applications for Maintenance.” Here, scientific depth meets industrial relevance.

The supporting programme also includes an open lecture by Prof. Dr. Lennart Brumby (DHBW Mannheim) together with WISAG. Additionally, the VAIS association will once again contribute actively with a panel discussion.

PUMPS & VALVES also introduces a new show motto: “Unique in the Region. Essential for the Industry.” Alongside pump systems, the spotlight will be on industrial valves, sealing technol-ogy, and measurement and control technology. Exhibitors include Arca Regler, Atlas Copco, Börger, EagleBurgmann, Flux, Fristam, John Crane, KSB, Leistritz, Netzsch, Ruhrpumpen, Sodeco and WP-ARO. The respected trade magazine “Industriearmaturen” will also be present, and visitors can expect valuable insights from lectures and workshops.

Easyfairs is also setting a social example in 2026: together with SOS Children’s Village Dort-mund, the organiser is supporting the establishment of a new residential group in the Huck-arde district. Donations will be collected during the trade show to help purchase furniture, everyday items and toys. Easyfairs will also contribute with its own donation.

The outlook for both trade shows is clear: maintenance Dortmund and PUMPS & VALVES – this time in combination with LOGISTICS & AUTOMATION plus EMPACK Special – will once again be the “place to be” for the industrial maintenance and process technology community in Ger-many in 2026. Visitors can now register via the website. Entry to the world of innovation is priced at €30, with free tickets available through exhibitors.
