Haruo Namba has been appointed as head of DKSH's chemical distribution business in Japan.

DKSH's Performance Materials business unit, a distributor of specialty chemicals and food ingredients, has appointed Haruo Namba as head of its chemical distribution business in Japan.

He brings over 25 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry and has an excellent track record in business development and growth achievements within the electronic materials industry, the company said in a statement.  Namba is a Japanese citizen and holds a degree in mechanical engineering and MBA in strategic management. Before joining DKSH, he took various management roles in leading electronics material companies in India, Singapore, and Japan.
