German PCC Final Bidder For Chemical Firms Tarnow, ZAK

Germany's private chemical firm PCC won exclusive negotiating rights to buy controlling stakes in the Polish chemical makers Tarnow and ZAK, deputy head of government agency running the deal told Reuters. The exclusivity ends on March 22, Wieslaw Skwarko said. Investor for the third chemicals maker put up for sale, Ciech, may be chosen after the company reaches a deal with banks on financing.
