Dupont, Bayer Cropscience Expand Collaboration

Dupont and Bayer Cropscience announced the expansion of their collaboration with broad license agreements. Dupont said the agreements are partly related to key plant biotechnology traits. The company also said the agreements resolve outstanding legal and patent disputes. A number of other cross-licenses on enabling technologies also are included in the agreements.
