Claps Appointed EMEA Research Director for IDC Government and Health Insights

International Data Corporation (IDC) announced the appointment of Massimiliano (Max) Claps as EMEA research director for IDC Health Insights and IDC Government Insights.

In this role, he will lead and provide direction for IDC's ongoing research programs for the government and healthcare sectors in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Max will also be responsible for analyzing key trends related to IT strategies and spending in European central and local government and healthcare provider organizations.
