Chemtura Expands Partnership with Azelis Americas

US specialty chemicals company Chemtura is expanding its relationship with Azelis Americas with effect from Jul. 26, 2016. The company, formerly Koda Distribution Group, will become Chemtura’s sole supplier of pre-polymer urethanes, curatives and polyester polyols in North America, replacing AdipreneDirect.

Chemtura said customers in the US and Canada should continue to work with AdipreneDirect through Jul. 25, before the changeover. Frank Bergonzi, CEO and president of Azelis Americas, said the additional products fitted well within its coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE) market segment and it had the technical and sales resources to grow the technology for Chemtura.
