Brenntag Pledges to Pay 30-45 Percent of Profit as Dividend

German chemicals distributor Brenntag plans to pay out 30-45 percent of its 2010 net income in dividends, its finance chief Juergen Buchsteiner told Reuters on Thursday.

The company posted 2010 net income of €146.6 million.
