Brenntag Acquires ISM/Salkat Group in Australia and New Zealand

The chemical distributor Brenntag completed the acquisition of the entire business of the ISM/Salkat Group.

ISM/Salkat Group is a distributor of specialty chemicals in Australia and New Zealand.

The ISM/Salkat Group expects sales of AU$ 117 million.
