Biesterfeld Sells Rampf’s Resins in Europe

Germany chemicals distributor Biesterfeld has signed an agreement with Rampf Polymer Solutions to market and sell that company’s electro casting resins in selected European countries with immediate effect. The agreed territories include Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Baltic states.

Distributed by Biesterfeld Spezialchemie, the portfolio comprises two-component polyurethane systems (Raku-Pur) and one-/two component epoxy systems (Raku-Pox) with very high thermal resistance. Werner Schwarz, marketing manager performance products at Biesterfeld Spezialchemie, said the partnership enlarges its offering for European customers in the electrical and electronics industry with products tailored to their needs.

Located in Grafenberg, Germany, Rampf Polymer Solutions offers customized casting resin systems for sealing, bonding, casting and coating. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
