Becker to Head BASF’s Human Resources

BASF has named Andre Becker (46) as President of Human Resources, with effect from Mar. 1, 2016. The executive who most recently served as President, Regional Functions North America, at BASF Corporation in the US, will succeed Wolfgang Hapke (59), who is due to retire at the end of February 2016.

Manfredo Rubens (52), President, Finance, Ludwigshafen, will succeed Becker from Jan. 1, 2016. Marc Ehrhardt (47), Senior Vice President, Mobile Emissions Catalysts at BASF Corporation, will take Rubens’ current position from Dec. 1, 2015.
