Bayer is planning a restructuring of its diagnostics business, according to a report in the Financial Times Deutschland. The German pharmaceutical giant has been reportedly looking for a buyer for the Medical Imaging division, while the X-Ray contrast agents business may be merged into the Medical Care division.
