Bayer Joins Yunona Holdings For Drug Manufacturing

Bayer and Yunona Holdings, representing the Ural Pharmaceutical Cluster (UPC) of Russia have entered a memorandum of understanding to manufacture drugs in Russia. The companies said they intend to establish themselves in the fields of production, marketing and distribution of pharmaceutical products in Russia, the website inpharm.com reported. The cluster has received funds worth 27.3 billion rubles (around $860 million) from Russia's economic development program between 2010 and 2015.
