BASF Selects Jacobs as Global Engineering Partner

BASF has awarded a three-year contract to US-headquartered Jacobs for projects around the world. Jacobs will provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) and integrated project management services.

The engineering group said its international experience in India, Southeast Asia, North America and Europe was expected to benefit BASF as it opens opportunities for further growth and expansion.

Jacobs has worked with BASF over many years and Gary Mandel, Jacobs president, petroleum and chemicals, said the selection was a strong endorsement of its international reach and EPCM capabilities.
