A year before appointment was originally scheduled to expire in 2016, the supervisory board of BASF has extended the terms of office of managing board chairman Kurt Bock (57) until the end of the annual shareholders’ meeting in 2021.

A year before appointment was originally scheduled to expire in 2016, the supervisory board of BASF has extended the terms of office of managing board chairman Kurt Bock (57) until the end of the annual shareholders’ meeting in 2021.

The appointments of Martin Brudermüller (54) as vice chairman of the managing board, chief Financial Officer Hans-Ulrich Engel (56) and Harald Schwager (55), also were extended by five years.
