BASF Constructs New Research Building in Ludwigshafen

BASF is constructing a new laboratory building that will combine research scientists from several specialties under one roof. The building is being created close to Gate 7 in the south of the in Ludwigshafen site, and on 4300 square meters of modern laboratory area.

The investment amounts to approximately €50 million.

Around 200 employees will be working in the new six-story building which will be ready for occupancy for in the second half of 2015.
