Bachem acquires American Peptide Company

Bachem announced today the forthcoming acquisition of American Peptide Company (APC), based in California. The Japanese seller ILS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Otsuka Chemical, and the buyer, Bachem Americas have signed a contract to transfer all shares of APC. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the deal.
