Ashland: new members to board of directors

Ashland announced it has elected Susan L. Main and Kathleen Wilson-Thompson to its board of directors, bringing the total size of the board to 11 directors.

In her most recent position Susan L. Main has served as senior VP and CFO for Teledyne Technologies Incorporated since November 2012. Ms. Main will serve on Ashland's audit committee and the governance and nominating committee.

Kathleen Wilson-Thompson is executive VP and global chief HR officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. She will serve on Ashland's compensation committee and the environmental, health, safety and quality committee.
