AMRI, Shire Extend API Supply Agreement

AMRI announced today that it has entered into a multi-year supply agreement for an undisclosed product with Shire US Manufacturing, whose parent company, Shire, is a global company that focuses its business on behavioral health, gastro intestinal diseases, rare diseases and regenerative medicine.

The agreement extends a previously existing agreement between the two companies.

The terms of the agreement are confidential.
