Abend New CEO at Kolb

Effective 1 October 2012, Dr. Sven Abend took over the role as CEO with Kolb. He is replacing Peter Wilkes.

Sven Abend joined Kolb in 2010 as Business Manager for one of the business lines. Since then, his responsibility increased step-wise and with that, Sven was able to get a broader and deeper understanding of Kolb, the markets and its customers.

Next to strengthening the portfolio, it will be Sven's role to continue developing the relationship with KLK.

Kolb is one of the largest alkoxylators in Europe. The company with its headquarters in Switzerland has a presence.
