High Standards and Innovation Experience

As a production and innovation partner, JRS Contract Manufacturing supports those involved in special projects in product development, series start-ups, implementation of marketing-relevant product features, process optimization or capacity expansion.

Grinding, mixing, sieving, compacting – and a lot of support and special services are part of the JRS service program. As the world market leader in functional plant fiber technology, JRS has a wide range of milling process technology at its disposal, which the company also makes available to other industrial sectors through its Contract Manufacturing business unit.

JRS stands for integrated solutions from application consulting to special machine or system solutions, process transformation and the associated logistics concepts or, if needed, the necessary approvals.

"From the idea to the marketability, we stand by our customers as a partner in our field of competence. Our comprehensive technological know-how and many years of experience with such tasks flow into solutions that are precisely tailored to customer requirements.''

In order to deliver products flowable and dosable, the conversion of powder or fiber mixtures is necessary. The most effective process here is granulation or compacting. At JRS, only the recipe components are compacted between press rolls – without the addition of foreign substances – and converted into granules of any grain size and degree of compaction by means of crushing and screening equipment. The process usually leads to a temperature increase of 20-30°C only for a short time. By means of special additional equipment, even very hygroscopic or temperature-sensitive products can be processed.

The technology and world market leader is the only service provider in Germany to offer its customers certified compacting services with food standard – FSSC 22000, HACCP – in quantities of o more than 100 tons per month.
