International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) has appointed J. Erik Fyrwald as next CEO and member of the company’s board of directors, effective Feb. 6, 2024. He will succeed Frank Clyburn, who will remain with the IFF until the end of March and will continue to work in an advisory capacity until December 2024.
Lanxess has emerged as the buyer of the former DowDuPont microbial control business that International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) put up for sale after its merger with DuPont's Nutrition and Biosciences business in February this year.
After completing the purchase of DuPont’s nutrition and biosciences unit, International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is looking to divest at least two of its expanded businesses, the Bloomberg news agency said, citing “people with knowledge of the matter.”
