Superabsorbents: Evonik Joins Forces with Yiğitoğlu Kimya

The new Evonik Superabsorber enterprises bring together around 950 employees who work at the production sites in Krefeld, Rheinmünster and Marl in Germany, and Greensboro and Garyville in the USA.

As part of its newly formulated strategic road map, the German subsidiary Evonik Superabsorber has decided to join forces with Yiğitoğlu Kimya, Istanbul, as its sole distributor of its super absorbents in Turkey and various countries in Central Asia. Yiğitoglu Kimya has been established in 1956 and over the past 20 years has been in different business relationships with Evonik group companies.

Yiğitoğlu has invested heavily in its manufacturing plant at Çorlu/Tekirdağ and further diversified its production portfolio. Applied Technology Laboratories support the industry sector with innovative product solutions.
