From March 24 to 27, 2026, five halls at Trade Fair Center Messe München will become the meeting place for the international laboratory world. analytica, the World’s Leading Trade Fair for Laboratory Technology, Analysis and Biotechnologywill open its doors and offer a complete market overview of laboratories in industry and research. The focus will be on the latest knowledge transfer, practical applications, and scientific exchange. 

analytica covers the entire spectrum of the industry and brings together all of its market leaders in one place: “What makes analytica so unique is that it showcases the latest solutions for the smart and sustainable laboratory, imparts specialist knowledge, and attaches great importance to practical relevance. In doing so, it brings the international laboratory community together and provides important impetus for the smart laboratory of the future,” says Susanne Grödl, Exhibition Director of analytica. 


Some highlights of analytica 2026:

  • The global players in the industry meet at analytica – market leaders, scientists, and experts.
  • analytica is the world's largest trade fair for analysis, laboratory technology, and biotechnology. 
  • Impressive figures: More than 1,000 exhibitors from all over the world and well over 33,000 visitors on around 55,000 square meters of exhibition space.
  • Forums and focus days as well as special shows and events provide practical insights.  
  • The special show Digital Transformation, which focuses on the future of digitization in the laboratory. 
  • Job Day: Discover and take advantage of career opportunities in the laboratory industry on Friday at analytica. 
  • Science meets industry: at the analytica conference, researchers, users, and manufacturers from all over the world come together for a direct exchange.

In 2026, analytica will continue to focus on the digital, automated, and sustainable laboratory. The supporting program will feature the special show Digital Transformation, a Live Lab, and plenty of valuable tips for everyday laboratory work in the analytica forums.

And what’s more: During the first three days of the trade fair, the analytica conference gives the scientific elite a chance to present the latest results in all sectors. Here, visitors will hear renowned international speakers talk about hot topics such as artificial intelligence or sustainability. Around 190 presentations will cover the entire spectrum of analytics, biochemistry, and clinical diagnostics. A special highlight is the presentation of the Bunsen-Kirchhoff Award, which honors young scientists in the field of analytical spectroscopy. The analytica conference is already included in the trade fair ticket. 

analytica 2026 is the international hotspot for the laboratory world from March 24 to 27.
