Takeda Appoints Kehoe as New Chief Financial Officer

Takeda announced the appointment of James Kehoe as new chief financial officer and corporate officer succeeding the pharmaceutical company's acting CFO Rudolph van Houten, effective on June 15, 2016. Mr. Kehoe joins Takeda from Kraft Foods Group in the US, where he most recently held the role of CFO. Prior to that, he has held a number of finance-related positions spanning the course of more than 20 years, with assignments based in Germany, Switzerland and Italy.

An Irish national, Mr. Kehoe holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University College, Galway, Ireland, and an MSc in Finance from the University College Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Kehoe will be based in Tokyo and reports directly to Christophe Weber, President & CEO of Takeda.
