Mink Named President & CEO of Angus Chemical Company

Kim Ann Mink, Ph.D., has been elected president and CEO of Angus Chemical Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company; president of CanStates Holdings, the immediate parent of Angus, and a member of the Angus Chemie Advisory Board, effective Aug. 1, 2009. Mink also serves as global general manager of Performance Materials, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company.
Dr. Mink joined Dow in April 2009 following 20 years with Rohm and Haas Company. Most recently, she was the general manager for Rohm and Haas's worldwide Ion Exchange Resins business, and a Rohm and Haas corporate vice president.
