Markus Kimpel has been appointed as new CFO of the Romaco Group and managing director of Romaco Pharmatechnik. He will be taking over both positions from Carsten Strenger, who is leaving the company at the end of 2019.
In the course of a career spanning nearly 25 years, Kimpel served in various management positions in the construction and automotive supplies industries as well as in the engineering sector. Most recently, he was managing director and CFO at the Aalen, Germany-based Alfing Special Machine Group as well as group CFO at Aluplast in Karlsruhe, Germany. Kimpel holds a degree in Business Administration & Mechanical Engineering.
