Mabion and KriSan Biotech Launch Partnership for Next-Gen ADCs
The partners will combine their unique capabilities to jointly develop, offer, and deliver integrated services in the Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC) segment for the global pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Mabion, a Polish biotechnology company specializing in the development and manufacturing of biological products, has entered into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with KriSan Biotech, an integrated Taiwanese CDMO specializing in the development and manufacturing of complex small molecules, peptides, and drug conjugates.
The agreement was signed during BIO Asia–Taiwan 2026 in Taipei, Taiwan, underscoring Mabion's commitment to strengthening its presence in the Asian biopharmaceutical market. Under the terms of the agreement, Mabion and KriSan Biotech will closely collaborate to jointly provide integrated Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC) development and manufacturing services to external clients, as well as execute projects for each other's internal needs.
The agreement establishes a comprehensive framework for preparing coordinated, integrated proposals for ADC development programs. The collaboration model relies on mutual subcontracting under separate Scopes of Work (SOWs) and a reciprocal client referral system.

The cooperation with KriSan Biotech directly aligns with Mabion’s long-term strategy for 2025–2030, which was announced in November 2025 by the Company's new Management Board.
