Lyondellbasell Names New Chief Legal Officer

Lyondellbasell ­announced that Craig Glidden has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, effective August 15. He will be based in Houston. "I'm looking forward to the opportunities ahead as we rebuild Lyondellbasell and continue to progress toward emergence from Chapter 11 protection," said Glidden. Glidden was most recently senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company.
