Lisa Kelly Appointed Managing Director of BASF in the UK
As Managing Director, Lisa will provide strategic leadership for BASF in the UK, supporting the company’s licence to operate and ensuring the business continues to contribute to BASF’s long-term success.

Effective 15 July 2026, Lisa Kelly assumes her new role as Managing Director of BASF plc and BASF Pharma (Callanish).
Following eight successful years leading BTC UK & Ireland, BASF's specialty chemicals distribution business and as a member of the BASF plc Leadership Team, Lisa brings more than 35 years of industry experience across technical, commercial and leadership roles since joining BASF in 1989. Chemistry is at the heart of many of the major challenges facing industry and society today — from achieving net zero and strengthening supply chain resilience, to enhancing competitiveness and enabling the technologies needed for a more sustainable future.
I look forward to working with colleagues across BASF, peers from across the industry and policymakers to ensure that the UK remains a strong and valued contributor to the company’s future success.”
