The survey will address questions about trends and developments in SCM and logistics as well as questions about SCM and logistics planning, such as: how well prepared are companies to deal with upcoming challenges? What type of initiatives and projects do they plan to start during the next twelve months – with a focus on digitization and AI? How often do companies plan on a strategic level? Which planning software do they use for different planning processes?

"We are excited to continue our study series with this new edition, which will provide valuable insights into the evolving landscape of supply chain management and logistics in the chemical industry. Your participation is crucial in helping us gather the data needed to assess developments and improve industry practices," said Dr. Klaus-Peter Jung, Partner, Miebach.

Participants can receive a detailed report of the study's results. The survey will remain open until June 30, 2024.

The Miebach chemical logistics study series began in 2016 and was subsequently repeated in 2018/2019 and 2021, has garnered significant attention and recognition for analyzing the key contribution of logistics and SCM to corporate success.
